"All Rights Reserved" Order Form
The hymn arrangements listed on this page are not permissible to download or photocopy for any reason, due to copyright issues. To order hard copies of these particular arrangements only, you must use this special order form. This order form for "All Rights Reserved" hard copies is different from the HARD COPY ORDER FORM, because on this form you must order the quanitity of hard copies that you need (instead of just one master), and you are not permitted to photocopy the scores listed on this form for any reason. If you need to order arrangements/songs in hard copy that are NOT listed on this page, you must use the HARD COPY ORDER FORM (the "Order Hard Copies" link on the pages of this web site).
The hard copies ordered with this form only are two-sided. Each title is priced at $1.15 per hard copy, plus base shipping charges. To order, either fill in this form online, click SEND at the bottom of the page, and send check or money order to the address below; OR... print out this form, fill it in, and mail it to the address below with your check or money order.
